Our formulas are born from a careful selection of ingredients natural origin (calculated according to ISO 16128) and by certified organic farming (according to COSMOS disciplinary).We use recyclable packaging or made of materials recycled, solutions refillable and paper FSC for responsible forest management.

Since our origins we have the well-being of animals. Almost all of our formulations are VeganOK certified and our commitment has also been recognized with the "VeganOK Award 10 Years Together". We continue to work to expand our vegan proposal, offering increasingly ethical and conscious cosmetics.

Lepo is a woman-driven company and supported by a female team. A vocation that is also reflected in ethical and social commitment through various initiatives related to gender inclusion, to awareness of violence against women and prevention of breast cancer. The heart of the Lepo4Women project is the constant support for the work of ESA, of which Lepo is cosmetic partner with Beautiful also in Hospital, the initiative promoted by the association to give concrete help to women in care in the oncological departments and in the centers of nutritional recovery of Brescia that live temporarily with a different image of themselves.

–2024: By crying
A Benefit Corporation that promotes initiatives to high social and environmental impact. Through direct management and constant monitoring, it guarantees maximum transparency, sustainability and measured results, supporting concrete interventions in Italy and the world: from planting trees to restoring degraded areas, from building wells to access to electricity in the villages of Malawi.
In 2024 we chose to join the initiative Plastic Pull, contributing to removal 1 tonne of waste from beaches, parks and roads in Italy (click there to consult the project report);
–2025: Plastic Free Odv
From 2025 we support the work of Free, a non-profit voluntary organization engaged in protection of the environment and in the fight against plastic pollution. Through activities of waste collection in the city, beaches, parks and rivers, countryside awareness raising in schools and collaborations with local administrations, promotes a culture of sustainability and respect for the territory.
The association is also active in safeguarding marine turtles, supporting the recovery, care and re-introduction into the sea of the specimens in difficulty, and supports scientific research projects dedicated to the study of the impact of micro and nanoplastics on the environment and health.

Our philosophy cruelty free and our growing vegan offer reflect unconditional love for animals. A commitment that also translates into continuing support for local volunteer associations:
- Oasis Fortuna, a wonderful reality that welcomes in Chiari, in the province of Brescia, dozens of animals saved by mistreatment and exploitation, now free to live a full and happy life, in an oasis of peace and tranquility;
- A.Mici&Co the kitten of Lumezzane, the municipality of Brescia that has hosted for over thirty years the first place of Lepo. In this refuge volunteers are concerned with offering protection to the abused and abandoned cats of the area, preventing randagism.
