STROBING

Unlike contouring, which sculpts the face by emphasizing its shadow areas, strobing involves creating glows on the face, much like those of strobe lights (hence its name), to enhance the features and highlight strategic points of the face as if they were illuminated by flashes on a photo set.

DEWY HIGHLIGHTING

Dewy literally means dew and in fact this finish, which comes from the East, is inspired by the wet effect of droplets that make the surfaces they rest on glow by capturing the first rays of sunlight.
